General Provisions and Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement applicable to users ("Member" or "you") of the 33md online platform and all its associated services ("Platform"). By registering on the 33md platform or by starting to use any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Membership on the 33md platform is only available to those who:

• Are at least 21 years of age;
• Are legally able to use such services and it is lawful to do so in their own jurisdiction;
• Own a single account (no more than one account per person);
• Are using their own funds and placing bets on their own behalf.

Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on 33md, the Member must provide accurate and complete information. 33md reserves the right to immediately suspend or cancel an account if false information is provided. Each Member may hold only one account. If an attempt is made to open multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification

33md may at any time request the necessary documents to verify a Member's identity. Failure to provide accurate verification information within the requested time may result in the temporary suspension of account activity, deposits, or withdrawals.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the 33md support team immediately. 33md will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by a fault of the platform itself.

Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Transactions on the 33md platform are currently supported via the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. (Rocket is the mobile wallet of Dutch-Bangla Bank.)

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Processing may be slightly delayed for large amounts or verification-related reasons. 33md aims to complete withdrawals as quickly as possible through a fair and transparent process.

Deposited funds will be added to your 33md account after processing. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team. Using multiple deposit transactions for fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

33md offers new members a 150% Welcome Bonus of up to ৳10,000. This bonus applies to the first deposit.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

If an attempt is made to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, false information, or coordinated betting strategies, 33md reserves the right to cancel those accounts and forfeit the bonuses and associated winnings.

4.4 VIP Cashback

The 33md VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Promotion to a higher tier is based on consistent active participation and regular use of the platform.

Account Suspension and Cancellation

8.1 Rights of 33md

33md reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated;
• If false information is provided or identity fraud is proven;
• If fraudulent activity is suspected;
• If action is required in accordance with instructions from a legal or regulatory authority.

8.2 Member Rights

A Member may at any time contact the support team to request the closure of their account. If all outstanding wagering requirements have been met and there is a withdrawable balance prior to account closure, it will be returned.

Limitation of Liability

The 33md platform always strives to provide uninterrupted service; however, 33md will not be liable in the following cases:

• If a game session is affected by internet disruption, power outage, or any other external cause;
• Loss caused by technical issues on the part of third-party game providers;
• If a Member shares their own login details with another person;
• Unforeseen natural disasters or other unforeseeable circumstances (force majeure).

Amendment of Terms and Contact

10.1 Right to Amend Terms

33md reserves the right to revise, change, or update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified through the platform in the event of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as acceptance of the new terms.

Disputes regarding the interpretation and application of these Terms will be resolved in accordance with applicable law. 33md is always prepared to handle any complaint or dispute in a fair and transparent manner.
